The Society of Vacuum Coaters (SVC) established in Cleveland in 1957, for the 50th time will hold TechCon, its annual technology-oriented conference, from 28 April to 3 May.

This year it will take place in Louisville, Kentucky, and is deemed the most significant international conference and industrial exhibition in this field. VON ARDENNE Anlagentechnik GmbH regularly takes part in this conference and is member of the programme committee. VON ARDENNE will present a paper titled "Dual Anode Magnetron Sputtering" in the Large Area Coating program section. As birthday present to the SVC, VON ARDENNE will supply a German Radeberger pilsner for all conference participants at the "beer blast" on 1 May.
