Manfred von Ardenne was respected as a renowned expert for his activities in the field of medical electronics. Physics based technical methods as diagnostic apparatus solutions entered more and more medical disciplines.

When von Ardenne, however, claimed to revolutionize the therapeutic field, especially cancer therapy, he encountered adamant rejection. Jealousy and envy, a “stand of skepticism, lack of understanding and opposition,“ he called it. This notwithstanding, the concept of the “systemic Cancer Multi-step Therapy,“ was born in his house. Under his personal direction, this was a new approach that brought together several working principles.

Von Ardenne till the end of his life with all his strength and perseverance fought for this concept to be accepted by orthodox medicine. The crowning success however was denied him.
