We, the VON ARDENNE Group, develop our products and solutions ourselves. As part of the value-added process, our globally represented subsidiaries receive production and non-production materials from both local and international suppliers.
Our corporate company wants to reduce the negative impact of its business activities and is willing to work more closely with its global supplier network to achieve this goal.
It is important to us to meet global industry requirements in social, environmental and ethical terms.
In particular, pollution, inadequate occupational safety standards, human rights violations, and child or forced labor represent potential risks in complex supply chains that our Group aims to prevent.
We are guided by the principles of the
Code of Conduct of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)1
and make these standards the basis of our own actions in order to become more sustainable and improve corporate social responsibility. Ecological and social aspects are becoming more important in our selection of and cooperation with suppliers. We would like to encourage our suppliers to actively promote the implementation of these standards in their own processes and supply chains.
